Certified Once again the call goes out for any individual that might be looking for a challenge. If so, have you thought about the Certified Program? The Certified Program is a challenge and it is also a learning experience. You will be responsible for being evaluated in nine different elements. They are: Skiing, Toboggan Handling, Toboggan Skills Course, Avalanche, Area Operations, Chair Evacuation, Low Angle Rescue, OEC Practical, OEC Bystander.
